I had the honor recently of being a guest on Jill Angie’s Not Your Average Runner podcast. I first learned about Jill through her book, also titled Not Your Average Runner, and shortly thereafter started coaching with her. Jill basically took me from a “running hater” to a marathoner. While the podcast is geared toward the plus-sized runner, it covers a wide range of topics that are interesting and useful to any and all runners.
